This Enterprise Media Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and College Sports Town, LLC (“Company”), located at 1003 Bishop Street Suite 2700, Honolulu, HI 96813.
- Grant of Rights. Participant grants Company, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to record, photograph, film, and otherwise capture Participant’s likeness, voice, name, statements, and participation in any media format.
- Scope of Use. Participant authorizes the Company to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, publish, broadcast, and display these materials for documentary, promotional, marketing, sponsorship, advertising, and commercial purposes, in all media now known or later developed.
- No Compensation. Participant understands no compensation, royalties, or payments are owed for such use.
- Release & Hold Harmless. Participant releases and holds harmless Company and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the capture or use of the materials.
- Waiver of Approval. Participant waives any right to inspect or approve finished content or advertising copy.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
- Age Confirmation. Participant confirms they are at least 18 years old, or a parent/legal guardian has also signed below.
By signing, Participant agrees to this waiver in full.
